TORQ Knee wrap worn on a knee with the heat on

TORQ Knee

$179.00

A cordless heated knee wrap for the hour after you put the tools down.

You strap it around the knee, press start, and sit through the news while it runs its cycle and switches itself off. That's the whole product. No app, no account, no pairing, no subscription.

What's actually in it

  • Heat — three settings: 45 °C, 50 °C and 55 °C. It warms up and holds the temperature until the timer stops it. 55 °C is properly hot to the touch, so start on 45 the first time and work up once you know what it feels like.
  • Light — 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared LEDs set into the inside face of the wrap. 850 nm is invisible to the eye, so the panel always looks dimmer than it is running. Use the light with the heat or on its own. We list the wavelengths because that is what is in there. We don't tell you what they will do for you.
  • Vibration — two motors, one either side of the kneecap, not one lump in the middle. Runs on its own or alongside the heat.
  • 15-minute cycle, then it shuts itself off whether you remember it or not.
  • Cordless. USB-C, same cable as your phone.

Will it fit?

Measure around your leg at the middle of the kneecap, standing up. The strap closes up to 48 cm. The same wrap goes on an elbow or a shoulder inside the same limit.

Over 48 cm, please don't order it. Email us instead and we'll tell you straight. We would rather lose the sale than have you pay postage to send it back.

Who it's for

Concreters, chippies, sparkies, tilers and plumbers. Nurses coming off a night shift. Truck drivers, warehouse crews, FIFO. Anyone the far side of forty who still does a full day on their feet and knows exactly which part of the evening they don't want to move for.

Who it isn't for: if something is actually wrong, this isn't the answer and we're not going to tell you it is. That's a GP or a physio. Buy one for afterwards if you want to.

Delivery and returns, in plain words

Free shipping worldwide, no minimum spend. Dispatched in 1–2 business days and tracked, and usually 7–12 business days to metro addresses.

What's in the box

  • One TORQ Knee wrap, a USB-C charging cable and a quick-start card.

Where it comes from

TORQ is Australian-owned and based on the Gold Coast. Our gear is made by our manufacturing partner in Asia and posted direct to you. That is a real part of why it is A$179 and not three or four times that. Queensland is our returns address, not our warehouse, and we will not tell you otherwise.

If something goes wrong

Faulty inside 12 months: send a photo or a short video and we send a replacement. Nothing to post back, no postage to pay. Changed your mind: 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, posted back to our Queensland returns address at your cost, and we refund the product price. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What this is, and what it isn't

TORQ gear applies warmth, light, vibration or air pressure to the part of you it straps to. It is not a medical device, it is not on the ARTG, and we make no claim about what it will do for your body. If something is actually wrong, that is a GP or a physio, not a wrap. Do not use it during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or implanted device, over broken skin, or where you cannot feel warmth normally.

What's in it

Heat, light and vibration. That's the product.

We describe the hardware. We don't tell you what it'll do for your body, because we're not allowed to and we don't know.

Light

660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared LEDs.

Fit

Measure before you order. It takes ten seconds.

Where to measure

Around your leg at the middle of the kneecap, standing up. The strap closes up to 48 cm.

Over 48 cm?

Please don't order it. Email us instead and we'll tell you straight. We'd rather lose the sale than have you pay postage to send it back.

Elbows and shoulders too

The same wrap goes on an elbow or a shoulder inside the same 48 cm limit. One unit, whichever joint you're strapping this month.

Advertised prices recorded on those sellers' own websites on 9 September 2026. We don't set their prices and they change, so check before you decide. We re-check this table on the first of every month and pull it down rather than let it go stale.

Pricing

Why there's no 'was' price on anything we sell.

Look at the table above

Nearly every price on it is advertised as a reduction from a bigger number. One knee massager lists the same single unit at $299.95 on one page of its own site and $219.95, 'reduced from $529.95', on another.

We've never charged one

$179 for the Knee, $149 for the Back, $249 for the Legs. That was the price last month and it'll be the price next month. There's nothing to reduce it from.

If we ever run a real sale

It'll have a real end date and we'll tell you why we're running it. No countdown stuck at zero, no 'only 3 left', no Easter sale still running in September.

Straight up

What you get, and what you don't.

Where it ships from

TORQ is Australian-owned and based on the Gold Coast. Our gear is made by our manufacturing partner in Asia and posted direct to you, free and tracked, anywhere we ship. That's a real part of why the Knee is $179 and not $349. Queensland is our returns address, not our warehouse, and we won't tell you otherwise.

If it's faulty

Send a photo or a short video and we send a replacement. There's nothing to post back and no postage for you to pay. Several brands in this category still make you pack the unit and post it overseas at your cost. We don't.

If you change your mind

30 days, unused and in its original packaging, posted back to our Queensland returns address at your cost, and we refund the product price. That's a weaker headline than the '90-day risk-free' you'll see elsewhere. It's also the whole policy, with nothing hidden underneath it.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Is this the same as the cheap one on a marketplace?

The hardware in this category isn't a secret and we're not going to pretend ours was invented in a lab. What changes is that we put our name on it, publish every number, answer an inbox, replace it free for twelve months on a photo, and take returns to a Queensland address instead of a shipping label to nowhere.

How hot is 55 °C really?

Properly hot to the touch. Start on 45 the first time and work up once you know what it feels like. Don't use it over broken skin, and don't use it anywhere you can't feel warmth normally.

Why can't I see the near-infrared light?

Because 850 nm is invisible to the human eye. The panel always looks dimmer than it's actually running. The red 660 nm LEDs are the ones you can see.

Will it fit my leg?

Measure around the middle of the kneecap, standing up. The strap closes up to 48 cm. Over that, don't order it, email us and we'll tell you straight.

Does it work through work pants?

Thin ones, yes. Heavy canvas or double-knee pants will block most of the heat and all of the light, so roll them up or use it at home.

Do I need an app or a subscription?

No. No app, no account, no pairing, no subscription. You pay once and it's yours.

Is it noisy?

It hums on vibration, about like a phone buzzing on a table. You can hold a conversation over it.

Where does it ship from and how long does it take?

We're Australian-owned and Gold Coast based, and our gear is made by our manufacturing partner in Asia and posted direct to you. Free shipping worldwide, no minimum spend, dispatched in 1–2 business days, usually 7–12 business days to metro addresses. Queensland is our returns address, not a warehouse.

Will this fix what's wrong with me?

We're not going to answer that, because we're not allowed to and because we don't know. TORQ Knee applies warmth, light and vibration to the joint it straps to. It's not a medical device and we make no claim about what it does for your body. If something is actually wrong, see a GP or a physio.

What if it arrives faulty, or I change my mind?

Faulty inside twelve months: send a photo or a short video and we send a replacement, with nothing to post back. Changed your mind: 30 days, unused and in its packaging, posted back to Queensland at your cost, and we refund the product price.

Proof

We're new, and we're not buying reviews.

No review count yet

TORQ launched in 2026. We haven't got ten thousand reviews and we're not going to buy, import or seed any. When real ones land we'll show them with the trade and the suburb attached.

No badges we haven't earned

No press logos, no 'FDA cleared', no 'TGA registered', no physio endorsement, no medical-grade anything. We hold none of those, so none of them are on this site.

What you get instead

Every number we know, the ones we're still measuring flagged as such, our competitors' prices printed next to ours, and an inbox that answers. Judge us on that until there's something better to judge us on.

J

Why TORQ exists

I'm James, Gold Coast. I started TORQ because the gear I wanted was either six hundred dollars with a brand name on it, or forty dollars with no idea who made it or whether the strap would even do up. So we picked hardware we'd use ourselves, put our name on it, wrote down every number on the page, and priced it once instead of marking it up four times for a shelf. If it turns up faulty you send me a photo and I send you another one. That's the whole pitch.
