Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ireland, and most of Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland), plus Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and the UAE. If your country isn't listed, email us and we'll tell you whether we can get it to you.

Where it ships from, honestly

TORQ is an Australian-owned business based on the Gold Coast. Our gear is made in China to our spec and ships direct from our supplier's warehouse. We don't hold local stock yet, so we won't tell you it ships from a shed in Queensland when it doesn't. When we do hold stock here, we'll say so on the product page.

How long it takes

Dispatch: 1–2 business days after you order.
Delivery: typically 7–12 business days to metropolitan addresses, a little longer regional or remote.
Tracking: we email you the tracking number the day your parcel moves. If it hasn't arrived and tracking has gone quiet, email us and we'll chase the carrier from our end.

These are real windows based on the route our parcels actually take, not marketing numbers. If we can't meet them we'll tell you and sort it out.

Duties and taxes

Australian orders include GST. For orders outside Australia, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders at our price point clear without additional charges, but the rules vary by country.

Wrong address?

Email us as soon as you notice. If the order hasn't been dispatched we can change it. Once it's moving, we can't redirect it, and a parcel returned to sender because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
